Song Lyrics

Sweet Mary of devotion you know
her story well. One day she looked
up from her prayers in awe. For
beside her was an angel in wondrous
glowing light who came to her a
messenger of God

Two shepherds keeping watch upon
their flock by night. The glory of
the Lord show ‘round about them.
The wondered at the vision, the one
was sore afraid. The other understood
the light around them, and said…

Chorus:
Do you see the angels? They are all
around us. If you look from deep
within, you’ll know they have found
us. Do you see the angels? Living in
our midst; showering upon us God’s
exquisite gifts. No need to look
to heaven for it is here they dwell,
standing right beside us. Do you see
the Angels?

A mother in a stable, a baby in her
arms. She bows her head in grat-
itude to pray/ Josef stands beside her
singing praises to the Lord. With
loving eyes she turns to him to say

Chorus

So if at times you’re wondering
where the heavenly hosts have gone,
longing for the joy they bring to fill
you like no other. Just like in olden
times, God’s messengers are here. Just
look into the face of your sisters and
your brothers

Chorus

Music without words means leaving behind the mind. And leaving behind the mind is meditation.
Meditation returns you to the source. And the source of all is sound. — Kabir
