    Liner Notes
    Tsering Wangmo is a second-generation exile Tibetan, born in a refugee camp in southern India. She studied traditional Tibetan music, dance and opera at the Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts in Dharamsala, India, and has performed throughout the world.

    In 1999, she founded the Tibetan Cultural Preservation Project through The Cultural Conservancy (www.nativeland.org), a non-profit organization in San Francisco.

    Tsering currently owns and operates the Lhasa Moon Tibetan Restaurant in San Francisco, and performs locally.
