The songs on the CD (as the title already hints) are about love, life, relationships - about the different facets like falling in love, disappointment, anger, sadness, letting go and being at peace - and loving again. Ute has used the songs as her way to process her own experiences. She surprises the listener with her honesty and her sense of humor that are reflected in these songs. "Recording the CD, allowing the songs to come through and share my experiences, has taught me a great deal. What, at the end, feels like the crowning experience, is the fact that I, all of a sudden, felt so thankful to all the things that happen in my life and for all the people crossing my path - the good and the bad; the realization, that all have a purpose, all are teachers or teachings. When I completed the CD I felt at peace with it all. I felt a huge gratitude, foregivenss and acceptance. I felt that I had come full circle. All the pain and hurt, and the fact, that I allowed the experience to happen, made me a stronger person.
