I don't see a particular CD title in your catalog - can you get it for me? |

Everything that we currently have available can be found on this website. The Healing Music catalog is growing daily, so we encourage you to check back often. If you can't find a particular song or CD by one of our music creators, please let us know and we will try to get it. |

By clicking on any hyperlinked product title name, you will see everything we know about that item. We don't have any additional information beyond what is there. |

I noticed that some songs on a CD are not available for listening or purchase as singles. Why is this? |
| |
The Healing Music Organization and our e-commerce partner, SongPeddler, offer music creators the option to add songs to our digital catalog one song at a time. You may see a song listed on a CD page that is not available in the listening catalog. If you would like to be able to purchase it as a single or as part of a custom mix, just call or email us and we will communicate this to the music creator who owns it. |

Why don't all CDs have the same price? |
| |
We believes that music creators should have the flexibility to control their product distribution. Therefore, each music creator determines the price for his/her music. |

I'm a musician - can I sell my music at The Healing Music Store? |
| |
Our philosophy is that all music can be healing, so we welcome the opportunity to add new artists and music to our growing catalog. The Healing Music Discovery Store is sponsored by The Healing Music Organization and it's e-commerce partner SongPeddler. All artists represented in this catalog are members of these organizations.

About Custom CDs |

What is a Custom CD? |
| |
A Custom CD is a collection of 1 or more songs selected by you, then manufactured by us with a personalized title and message selected by you you. Our Custom CD service enables you be your own music producer. Choose as many, or as few, songs as you like (up to 72 minutes) from one or more artists based on a wide variety of criteria. You can define the sequence of songs, give your Custom CD a custom title, and add a Personal Message (printed on the inside of CD Cover Insert). |

Do you offer MP3-CDs? |
| |
Yes, we do offer MP3-CDs by special request, though the base price and per-song price are the same as a 'standard' Custom CD. An MP3-CD is an attractive option if you want to fit a very large volume of music onto a single CD. Please contact SongPeddler, our e-commerce partner, for assistance. |

Why is the pricing for a Custom Mix different from other CDs? |
| |
Our philosophy is that you should only pay for the amount of music you want, so for Custom CDs you pay a base-fee plus a per-song price. Most songs are $1.25 each, though some longer pieces cost more. For example, a 30 minute version of God's Cricket Chorus is $5.00. There is no additional fee for adding a Custom Title and Personal Message to your Custom CD. |

All music store order processing and customer service support are provided by our e-commerce partner SongPeddler, Inc. When you place an order at our music store, you will see references to SongPeddler in your order confirmation email and shipping confirmation emails. Also, when you use a credit card or PayPal, you will see the charges as being by SongPeddler (not The Healing Music Organization). |

Can I add another item to my completed order? |

Sometimes. We pride ourselves on shipping your order within the next business day of receipt, so the window to make changes is small. Your best chance to add an item to your order is to email or call SongPeddler immediately at 877.766.4733 (toll free). If the existing order has already shipped, we will be glad to create a new order for you. |

Can you tell me the status of my order? |

We will contact you via email to confirm receipt of your order, and we will send you an email when your order ships. If you do not have an email address, SongPeddler will contact you by phone to confirm both receipt and shipment of your order. My order is overdue. Where is it? |

Our policy is to wait 15 business days before declaring a United States order lost. We wait 30 business days for shipments outside the United States. If you are not in the United States, you should check with your local postal or customs office, as many times an order is held there. If your order has not arrived within these time frames, please Contact SongPeddler, our e-commerce partner, for assistance. Providing your order number and/or date will enable us to provide the most expedient service. |
