Amrita is the founding director of The Healing Music Organization a world-wide organization of sound healing practitioners, composers, musicians, educators and researchers. Her passion for sound and music in healing came from her own miraculous recovery from breast cancer in 1999, when she eradicated two tumors in six weeks with the sound of her own voice. Amrita plays the singing crystal bowls with impressive skill, and when combined with her angelic singing the music has been described as a sonic mandala.

Devadattan is an ordained monk of the sacred sound syllables in Sanskrit "Sound of God." He is a Tibetan Chantmaster initiated by His Holiness The Dali Lama's Guyoto Monk who won the Overtone Championships for 18 years in a row. Devadattan has appeared on several recordings as guest chanter. He uses cranial/sacral massage with the primordial sound of his chanting in his healing practice in Northern California.

Her avid interest in and study of the Eastern healing arts have led her to travel extensively in China and the Orient, studying Tai Chi, Qigong and hands-on healing. Her interest in alternative healing methods has inspired her to compose several albums of positive healing music featuring piano and Oriental instruments.
